1) Upside-Down Format :
What I discuss in 'format of press release' is also applicable here, means you should wrtie in inverted pyramid (starting with most important information) way. 2) Apply Subheading or Point :
In general peoples quickly scan a page to decide if they should go through it or not, so applying subheading (or point) to make your post more eye catching by breaking it into paragraphs will obviously improve chance that it will be noticed.
3) Use bullets or numbers :
If your post is sort and for this if you are not going to use subheading (or point) you can opt this tip. It make your post clean and easy to read and understand.4) Don't be too chatty :
Try to write to the point only, don't include content in order to make it long, because I don't think anyone like to read too much descriptive post. In this regard you can keep in mind some of the famous blogger says to keep sentence short.5) Include related picture :
Pictures tells thousand word and it somehow catch readers attention easily, so if possible then use it to add professional touch in your post.
