How to Build a Facebook Landing Page for Your Blog :
1) Add the Static FBML App at your Facebook Fan Page
To build your custom page you need Static FBML app (find here), as you click the link you will see a page like below.
Just click on the 'Add to my page' link. You will get all those pages you have created,
just choose the page for which you want to activate static FBML features clicking on 'Add to Page' button beside preferred page.
2) Set Properties to your Static FBML App
For this you need to click on the 'Edit Page' link, which is just below your Facebook Fan Page's profile image.
Look for FBML App and Click on 'Application Settings' link,
A pop up box will appear.
There are two option : 'Box' and 'Tab' in which 'Box' is selected in default. Here I choose 'Tab' option as because I'm going to build a splash page, though you can change it whenever need arises.
As you have done click on 'Okay' button.
There is another optional option 'Additional Permissions', you can active it clicking on check-box beneath it if you want to publish recent activity (one line stories) to your wall.
3) Add Content to your Custom Page
Now just below FBML app click on 'Edit' (in the previous step you choose 'Application Settings') link,
you will get a page like below in which you have to provide 'Box Title' and 'FBML' content.

'Box Title' will be the name of your tab which will appear at top navigation bar at your Facebook Fan Page.
At the 'FBML' content section you can add anything else. Here you can use standard HTML as you do in any website, you can add image, text, link and anything else standard HTML support.
4) Make it Default Landing Page
Now to make it your facebook fan page's face (mean whenever someone launch to your Facebook Fan Page they will see this page for the first time) you need to go back to your Facebook Fan Page edit section
and should choose wall setting.
From the drop down box which is beside 'Default Landing Tab for everyone Else' select your newly created FBML page.
You are done.
Now whenever visitors visit your Facebook Fan Page this is the page they will see for the first time.
